The Video Camera Locator (VCL) is a small, lightweight, battery-powered device that allows the user to quickly identify and locate hidden cameras. Since the VCL works optically, no amount of electronic jamming or shielding can stop it from finding hidden cameras.
The way it works is very simple : you look through the ViewFinder, the VCL while "ON" emits a laser like LEDs beam, once a lens of a camera is hit with the beam it will reflect back to the view finder and let you visually see the location of a hidden camera.
